When our group decide to make a website we never really thought about how much dedication and commitment it would take to create our vision using Wix . We had to learn how to use the website, and sometime I even had to practice at home to be able to someday publish our project to the world. The biggest challenges that I have faced so far in our project has been, organizing the website and finding the right template to then start adding in our   makeup selections. The first template I had started with was one that would allow the people to buy the product, this wasn't what we were looking for because in our project we only promote the makeup and not sell it. The work that I had done I had to delete and find a different template and figure out how to then manage the template and add the products we wanted. ISTE Standards     ISTE standards are  : are the definitive framework for successfully implementing digital strategies to positively impact learning, teaching and leading in our technology-powered world. Our class is based on the ISTE standards. In our project we have to follow these standards and applyed  them to our work and our process. One of the ISTE standards that we are following in our project is ISTE standard #3 ( Knowledge Constructor).  One of the indicators from standard #3 is   3a - Students plan and employ effective  research strategies   to locate   information and other resources   for their intellectual or creative pursuits.        We have applied this standard in our project by using more than one source   that has  been backed up by experts such as PETA and  Cruelty Free Kitty ,  to approve that the information or cosmetic are cruelty free....

( Kate Simonds).      After looking for 20 minutes for a TED talk , I came across one called I'm 17  by Kate Simonds. Kate Simonds is a 17 years old who stands up for the respect teenagers should get from adults, and how age doesn't  matter because we are all part of society. Kate says that some adult don't have respect for younger people just because we are "teenagers." Dear Andy Rabens,    My name is Melanie, I am a student at The American International School of Muscat. Currently in Language Arts class we have learned about who are child soldiers and what should happen to them after conflict have finished. This is why I am writing this letter, to give awareness and explain why organizations such as UNICEF , Invisible Child Organization and Child Soldiers International needs more funding. Conflicts happen world wide every day and children are dragged into them daily and turned into child soldiers. I suggest that we help child soldiers more worldwide after wars and conflicts are over.
